Return your item(s) back to us within 14 days and you'll receive a full refund for the cost of the item(s). Items must be unused and in its original packaging. if the original packaging has been damaged or is unavailable, please use an appropriate box and mailbag to return your items back to us. please note that if the items get damaged during transit due to improper packaging you might be responsible for any additional costs. Sorry, we're unable to accept returns for any swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed.
Items are returned at the customers’ own expense. Customers must keep a receipt or proof of postage until the refund or exchange has been processed in case the item(s) get lost in transit on the way back to ORA. We reserve the right to decline your refund if your return does not comply with the terms stated above.

Once we've sorted your return, you'll receive a confirmation email. It can take up to 5 working days for the £££ to hit your account.
We are unable to process exchanges at the moment. Alternatively, if you would like to return your item(s) we will be happy to offer you a refund. In the unlikely case that your item(s) are faulty or incorrect, please fill in a Contact form with your order number, the product name of the item you were supposed to receive and any further details and we will get back to you as soon as possible so you can return the item to us. Any items with damage such as makeup or general wear and tear will be refused any exchange and will be sent back. Orders are looked over by two members of staff before being dispatched and will be looked at upon return for any tampering.
